the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colorado. If you are a consumer based in the
European Union, you may make a claim in the courts of the country where you reside.
2. If you are a business, the Colorado courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim
arising from, or related to, use of the Website, although we retain the right to bring proceedings
against you for breach of these Terms of Use in your country of residence or any other relevant
